Day 63 July 8, 2011 Day off Toronto

We had breakfast at the Prostate Cancer Canada office downtown. When we arrived all the people at PCC gathered in the conference room and I spoke about why I was doing the run after which they asked me questions. They had a number of ideas of ways they could help and it was a really fun morning.

I spent most of the rest of the day working on my research. I got back home around 4pm just a couple of minutes before Lauren, Derek and Ben arrived! Lauren had only been gone about a week but she almost immediately wanted to see the MCC and decided that it was too dirty and so set to cleaning it almost immediately.

We had a quiet dinner and I went to bed as soon as I could, tomorrow is going to be an exciting day!

So after two busy rest days, I don’t feel all that rested, but it was a lot of fun!
