Day 126 – 128 September 9-11, 2011 Chris and Aniela’s Wedding

Chris and Aniela’s wedding was awesome. I thought one of them might burst with joy during the weekend. It was at the West Coast Wilderness Lodge up in Egmont by Earl’s Cove on the Sunshine Coast. The views from the lodge were incredible and there was no cell reception so it truly felt like a break from reality.
Russ, who is joining us on for the whole time we are in Alberta was also at the wedding. We raced each other back to Calgary on Sunday. Russ left at 4:30am to drive back to Calgary and I took an afternoon flight.
Russ beat me back. He and Mike collected me from the airport and together we drove back out to my starting point from Thursday. We didn’t quite make it all the way and stopped to sleep next to the world’s largest Teepee in Medicine Hat.
Tomorrow I officially leave Saskatchewan and enter Alberta, my 9th province!
